A local move is a move that stays within the same state or takes you within a 100 mile radius from your pick up address. A local move may take a couple of hours or couple of days, based on the size and the services
requested.
Rates
A local move is calculated on an hourly basis, based on the number of men and trucks needed to
perform the job. The time it will take to load up the truck, drive to the new destination, and the time it will take to unload the truck.

Long distance rating is based on the estimated cubic feet (cf). We work based upon a
tariff table.
Due to the distances traveled, long distance moves require more planning and preparation than local moves.
