Very responsive to short-notice move -- very careful with HHG I needed quick long distance HHG movement from Falls Church, VA to Huntsville, AL. My initial contact was actually after hours, but the manager remained on duty to help me through the application process. They quoted me a rate for my on-line estimate of the HHG, and they made it quite clear that there would be additional charges for the packing materials. They arrived on time and worked through the day to pack, box and wrap. The on-site manager was very capable and his three helpers were well trained and very responsible. The final cost was about what I had expected. In particular, the office manager, Jennifer, was very helpful and extraordinarily pleasant and effective. She kept in touch with me and with my wife on the receiving end of the shipment. All in all, a very satisfactory moving experience.
